Comedy Night at The Stoke    Wednesday 4th August 2010, 8.00pm at The Stoke pub and first Wednesday every month.
A show of comedians who attended the Royal Grammar School in Guildford, as the Stoke comedy night joins the school's 500th anniversary celebrations.
This month's guests are Jamie Sutherland and Matt Price, with headliner John Mann and resident MC Paul Kerensa.

Summer Holiday - The Musical    Wednesday 11th to Saturday 14th August 2010 at 7.30pm
Kenley Holiday Workshop bring to the stage this much loved 1960's musical, which starred Cliff Richard in the smash hit film.
A bunch of bus mechanics embark on a fantastic holiday by bus across Europe to Greece. They are joined enroute by an all girl singing group and romance blossoms.
Packed with classic rock 'n' roll hits including Summer Holiday, Bachelor Boy, Living Doll, and The Young Ones; groovy dance routines and a double-decker bus, this not to be missed comedy classic will take you to where the sun shines brightly, the Barn Theatre.

HORLEY SINGERS Community Choir    Monday evenings, 8.00pm, Methodist Church Hall, Horley.
We are a friendly choir with about 40 singers. There are no auditions and all voice ranges are welcome.
Much of the music the choir sings is from musical theatre but our repertoire also includes light opera, religious works, traditional and modern songs.
Our Christmas Concert will take place on Tuesday 15th December 2009 at 7.30 p.m. at The Methodist Church, Horley.

Rock Choir, Pop, Gospel & Motown singing for all ages    Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Weekly during 2010. Mornings/Evenings.
We run 12 choirs across Surrey. Contact us for details.
Rock Choir is the South East’s only pop, gospel and Motown performance choir. It attracts all ages and all levels of experience. Most individuals who join have not sung in public before and in taking part, they develop self-confidence, new skills and enjoy fun, up-beat rehearsals and a huge sense of fulfilment after each performance.
Rehearsals take place in Guildford, Godalming, Farnham, Weybridge, Chobham and Dorking over three, ten-week terms leading to a variety of events and performances.
Rock Choir is split into three age groups: Rock Choir Juniors for ages 6-10, Rock Choir Young Adults for ages 10-21 and Rock Choir Adults. They each rehearse at various times each week.
Rock Choir has a large and loyal membership and is very popular with a huge fan base and support from local media, charities and organizations.
