Box Hill Village Fair is now a well-established annual event. There will be a Fun packed Arena with Events all day.

Sutton Abseil
Saturday 11th July 2009, 9.00am - 5.00pm at The Institute of Cancer Research.
Are you abseil-utely mad? Do you fancy becoming your favourite super hero or heroine for a day and scaling down the side of a building?
Here's your chance to find out what Sutton looks like from the sky!
Join us on Saturday 11 July at The Institute of Cancer Research, Sutton.
All you need is a thrill-seeking attitude and willingness to raise a minimum of £150 sponsorship for Cancer Research UK.
Due to a high demand participants will also need to pay a £20 registration fee in order to secure their place - so book early to avoid disappointment!
The abseil is open to anyone over 18 years old. No previous abseiling experience is required as training will be provided on the day by fully qualified instructors.

Fairy Fun Day - Guildford
Sunday 19th July 2009, 11.00am - 4.30pm
Children from 3-8 years old can make Victorian Magic Fairy Wings and Fairy Party Crowns on the grounds of Great Studio in Watts Gallery.
Decorate a Fairy Biscuit, have your face painted and hear all about Victorian fairies whilst enjoying refreshments from The Coffee Fairy.
It sure will be a magical day!
“Discover how to disguise fairy wings to look like moths and butterflies so the fairies can come out to play”. This workshop ends with a “flying” lesson outside.
